Law and Order. Thanks to this BBC article and then, after some serious googling, I came across those three downloadable versions of the UK Highway Code 1931, 1946, and 1954. Fabulous. The links go straight to the PDF files, which are all about 30MB in size, but if you're brave enough to stand the horrible music, here's the website where they came from.
