Michael Palin, Diaries 1969-1979: The Python Years. An incredibly funny book, although it probably never was meant to be funny, because printed there are merely Palin's diaries over ten rather important years. But the Python lunacy is in every single sentence. And Majo might be interested in those rather strange Floyd/Python/Doug Adams connections. Ah, Cambridge. Also, the book is a really fat one, twentythousendfivehundredseventythree pages, which means it'll last for quite a while. Perfect for the Tube on your way to work: you can travel on the Circle Line for a month reading this book, never getting off, just going round in circles while reading.
