I'm not Dead yet, am I? Looks as if a so-called friend of mine must have run into financial troubles. One of my books, which I apparently personally dedicated to someone, is being sold for an outrageous price in Switzerland. Wonder who that might be. Considering the number, which is 37 out of 999, it was certainly one of the samples I received from the publisher - and then gave away, scribbling something onto the title page. Dedicated to someone.
