This is almost Funny. Trouble is, it's not really: Armin is still being pestered by TV Licensing. And he hasn't got a telly. Believe me, the bureaucracy here in the UK is worse than it ever was in Germany. Or - well, at least at the same level.

In 1966, at the age of 16, I started work as an apprentice to a printing company in South East London called Gilbert Whitehead & Co Ltd. They had been in business during the late 1800's and had printed many of the Pear's soap advertisments and prints that were popular at that time.
