Der Bundesgerichtshof (BGH) hat in einem am Freitag veröffentlichten Urteil eine Beschwerde abgewiesen, mit der sich eine mit dem Bamberger Verlag verbundene GmbH den exklusiven Markenschutz an der Bezeichnung Winnetou sichern wollte".  Well, folks, I'll see if can get another RatSwine cartoon done over the weekend - but I won't promise anything, since there's a pile of bills on my desk that needs to be dealt with urgently. And it's weekend, which means I'm lazy. In the meantime, have a look at the Davos weblog, it's written by an American living in London - and he writes speeches for Tony too!

 That's something I like: Vintage consumer test reports, like this portable electric hair dryer from 1961. This model is typical of dryers that constrain the user with a short, close-coupled hood. We judge this type least convenient.
